Sandro Pagliarulo, managing director of Canada and Europe operations for OTR Engineered Solutions (OTR) , announced his retirement from the company, effective Oct. During retirement, he will remain involved with OTR, serving as a part-time consultant. He was eventually promoted to the roles of production manager and then sales manager.
