My car at the time was a 1993 Honda Accord. My gift to myself for graduating as an engineer was a new car! I shop hoped or went to different mechanics or auto repair shops each time my car needed work. I didn’t have a mechanic I could trust to help me with my car and no men in my family to help (we are a family of 7 women).
