They have technical classes, management classes, and marketing classes. I see shop owners who no longer turn wrenches taking technical classes and bypassing marketing classes.

Every month is split into three and a half training days the first three spent on the specific system of the vehicle both in the classroom and hands-on, and the half-day spent on ASE testing prep for that system.
