A VIP employee since May 2020, the company said Guptill previously served as manager in training and store manager at Auburn. He is an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician with 14 ASE certifications and was trained at VIP locations in Scarborough and Yarmouth.

Forsberg has earned Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications and taken part in leadership, Goodyear National Accounts and Valvoline training. VIP said Forsberg has also received his State Inspection Certification through the state of Vermont and continues working toward additional ASE certifications.

Overall, VIP employs seven World Class Technicians, in addition to 46 Master Technicians and 283 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Technicians. ASE and the Auto Care Association recognize professional technicians who have tested and obtained ASE certification in 22 specialty areas.
