It definitely was not. I had one person tell me I was a “vintage car mechanic” and “would never thrive in a modern shop”. I figured that since I had 17 years of experience, it should be easy.

Your car doesn’t stop as quickly when braking hard or pressing down on brake pedal with force (this could lead to an accident). If you can see that your brake pads are significantly worn down, it’s definitely time for a brake pad replacement. Brake pads are visibly worn down. There is a burning smell when braking.
